Note: SSHRC is moving its proactive disclosure reports to open.canada.ca. During this transition, if you cannot find the report you are looking for on our website, search for SSHRC’s contract expenditures using the Open Government Portal.

In 2004, the Government of Canada announced a new policy on the mandatory publication of contracts over $10,000.

This website provides information, on a quarterly basis, on contracts issued by or on behalf of SSHRC.

The rules and principles governing government contracting are outlined in the Treasury Board Contracting Policy. The objective of government procurement contracting is to acquire goods and services, including construction services, in a manner that enhances access, competition and fairness, and that results in the best value for Canada.
