In accordance with section 7.13 of the Directive on the Administration of the Access to Information Act, SSHRC has been publishing summaries of completed Access to Information (ATI) requests processed by its Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Office.
The Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) has developed an enterprise-wide online searchable ATI summaries solution on open.canada.ca, in support of the Government of Canada’s commitment to transparency and Open Government. You will now be able to search and browse SSHRC’s summaries of completed ATI requests directly on the search page of the above-mentioned website. Note that summaries of requests that primarily contain the personal information of the requester, that are of unique interest to the requester, or that may reveal the identity of the requester are not included. Informal and abandoned requests are also not included.
