FUNDING FOCUS
Funding deadlines, program updates, application tips and more

SSHRC-funded partnerships offer exciting and innovative ways for you, your colleagues and partner organizations to tackle a wide range of research questions. Partnership Development Grants support individual researchers in designing and testing new collaborative approaches.

The Community and College Social Innovation Fund provides up to $200,000 over three years to connect the talent, facilities and capabilities of Canada's colleges and polytechnics with the research needs of community organizations.

Funding tip of the month: Know your partnerships
What's the difference between a Partnership Development Grant and a Partnership Grant? What about a "team of researchers" vs. a "formal partnership?" SSHRC's Resource Centre can help you prepare your application, answering these and other frequently asked questions.
