Service standards annual results

SSHRC has set service standards for the timely delivery of its funding opportunities for the services outlined below.

SSHRC standards and results apply to all transfer payment programs administered by SSHRC.

 

Note: An adjustment was made to the period during which data is collected, to comply with Treasury Board reporting requirements. As a result, there was a data overlap between the 2016-17 and 2017-18 results for the following services: Acknowledgement of receipt of application; notification of competition results to institutions; and notification of competition results to applicants.


Note: Global payments: Since 2020-21, the number is the actual number of transactions performed. For 2019-20, the number represents the number of months the transactions were performed within the standard.
