Intellectual Property and Copyright: Fellowship and Scholarship Programs

Depending upon intellectual property agreements defined by the university where the award holder is employed, any copyrights to intellectual property developed under SSHRC funding are owned by the award holder or by the university. SSHRC does not retain or own any membership or exploration rights to any such intellectual property.
