If you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, have completed or are about to complete a bachelor's degree, or are already pursuing a master's degree in the humanities or social sciences, you may be eligible to apply for a master's scholarship.

Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS) Program: Doctoral Nominations

For Canadian and international students, nominated by a Canadian university, who are applying to, or registered in, a doctoral program or a combined MA/PhD program in the social sciences or humanities

The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (CGS) program is administered by Canada’s three research granting councils (the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council).
