International Research Collaborations
Canadian researchers collaborate internationally more than ever before. They lead and lend their expertise to research projects conducted all over the world and, in doing so, help bring Canadian knowledge to the world.
As the federal agency that promotes and supports university-based research in the social sciences and humanities, SSHRC plays an important role in strengthening Canadian ties to the international research enterprise.
In May 2009, SSHRC hosted a workshop on international research collaborations.
